Fishing is a hard job. Yet I have always envied fishermen.

I took this photograph 10 years ago. It is the Tyrrhenian Sea photographed from the cliff near Scopello, northern coast of Sicily.  I like the texture and color of the sea on this image. I like the sea.

This quote is attributed to Mark Twain. And Mark is also the name of the tillerman in the picture above. He is a good friend of mine and I’m sure that he really appreciates the strong exhortation of this quote.
