Granada, Spain, early February 2020. Not even 2 months ago. Alas, the expansion of coronavirus makes it seem long time ago. From the Mirador de San Nicolás there is the best view of the Alhambra, the Moorish palace and fortress, emblem of Granada.
Tourists from all continents gathered there to enjoy the fantastic view. Well, sometimes the crowd annoyed me. Now I miss it.
The Alhambra in Granada is the most important monumental complex in Andalusia. UNESCO has declared it a World Heritage Site since 1984. A great place to photograph the Alhambra from outside is the Mirador de San Nicholás, a small panoramic square in the historic Albaicin district.
