Bellini theatre in Catania, Sicily, Italy.

Catania at Night

In the Old Town of Catania, Sicily, there are some very suggestive places at night. The photo above shows the Teatro Massimo Bellini theater and the square in front of it, both named after the local-born opera composer Vincenzo Bellini. There are also many baroque churches lit at night, very beautiful is the Piazza Duomo square with the Cathedral.

I was there at the same time! 🙂 The weather was really bad, but then not so so bad compared to the continental part! 🙂
